For PC Systems and Laptops delivery starts at 13.95 for one system and increases slightly if ordering more than 1 system.
If you wish to order more than 5 systems please contact us for a quote.
For smaller items such as peripherals and components, shipping prices starts at £3.95 and will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Typcially orders will arrive within 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
Upgrades to systems may take up to 7 working days to arrive.
We will send you an email once the order has been dispatched and advise you on an estimated delivery date.
Smaller items are usually shipped by Royal Mail and arrive within 3 working days.

£25.00 for PC Systems and Laptops, however if ordering more than 1 unit there maybe a surcharge. All of our refurbished computers and laptops undertake a detailed and thorough reconditioning process. We run extensive hardware diagnostic tests to ensure all the components are fully functional. Hard drives are securely wiped to the highest levels. (MOD Standards) and any components showing signs of wear or stress are replaced. Some computers/laptops may have slight marks and scratches on their cases but these will be cosmetic only. Monitors may have slight pressure marks on the screens which are barely noticable under normal use. We pride ourselves on only selling the highest quality refurbished products. Refurbished Desktops and Laptops computers come with a 3 month RTB hardware warranty (unless otherwise stated). Warranty does not cover software related incidents through user error, such as tampering with software settings, Virus/Spyware Warranty & Returns Proceedure
Delivery is available to many European countries, including Ireland, Germany, France, Spain and Italy.
Typcially orders shipped to Europe will arrive within 4-10 working days

infections etc. Batteries on refurbished laptops are treated as consumable items and are not covered under the warranty. We do not accept returns on the basis of a battery not holding a charge.
Goods damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours and we may ask for photographic evidence
Missing or incomplete items/upgrades must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods
Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period (7 Days from the day of delivery), we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
All costs for returning the goods are to be met by the customer, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are asked to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier and insure the consignment to cover its value. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to enclose your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
