Q. If i purchase a refurbished computer or laptop what condition will it be in?
A: All of our refurbished computers and laptops undertake a detailed and thorough reconditioning process. We run extensive hardware diagnostic tests to ensure all the components are fully functional. Hard drives are securely wiped to the highest levels. (MOD Standards) and any components showing signs of wear or stress are replaced. Some computers/laptops may have slight marks and scratches on their cases but these will be cosmetic only. We pride ourselves on only selling the highest quality refurbished products.

Q. Is it safe to buy online?
A: Yes card details are processed by Lloyds TSB and handled by leading payment provider Sage Pay (formerly Protx) using Industry Standard 128-bit SSL encrytion eliminating all danger that your details will be compromised in anyway. Q. How do I create an account?
A: If you do not have an account then you can create one by clicking "My Account" on the top navigation links on our website, you also get the option to create a new account during the ordering process if you do not already have one.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro. We also accept PayPal and cheques.
Q. How much is postage and packaging?
A: For PC Systems and Laptops delivery is charged at £13.95 and may increase if you order several units at once. Smaller items such as memory and other components we charge £3.95 for postage and packaging.
Q. Who will ship my goods?
A. We use UPS and DHL, smaller items such as components will be shipped
by Royal Mail.
Q. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
A: Upon receipt of your order please allow 3-4 working days for delivery, system upgrades can take up to 7.
Q: What if I am out when the courier company try to deliver?
A: They will leave a card of which you can arrange a redelivery or you can collect the goods from your local depot
Q: What about warranty?
A: We offer 3 months RTB warranty on all refurbished desktops and on refurbished Laptops unless otherwise stated, this does not cover batteries on refurbished laptops.
