If you are having difficulty connecting to a wireless network, there are 3 main steps any experienced tech would do before advanced troubleshooting.
These steps are -
Check that the wireless adapter on the machine is switched on.
Ensure that you are typing in the correct password for that network.
Confirm that the wireless network is broadcasting.

You may get an error message on your screen if you have connected the monitor to the wrong port on the computer or you may even get no display at all.
Unsupported Video Configuration Detected
If you have purchased a system that has a dedicated graphics card installed (usually one of our gaming systems or a dual display system) you may receive this error if you have connected your monitor to the incorrect video output port.
